Pronghorn Resort Wedding Inspiration by Ava Maria Photography

As the weather around us today is dreary and feeling more like fall then spring, we thought what a perfect day share this beautiful Pronghorn Resort Wedding Inspiration. Although captured in the winter time by the talented Stefanie McIntire of Ava Maria Photography, this shoot is warming us up with it's perfect tones and gorgeous bride. Full of the most gorgeous inspiration and details, this shoot is not just for the winter bride!

From photographer Stefanie McIntire: There is something I love about a winter bride. They are willing to risk the elements and the fear of the unknown for the most important day of their lives. I wanted to celebrate the winter bride and create a shoot to reflect all of my favorite elements of a winter wedding. I imagined a cozy resort, surrounded by lush white snow. I wanted to incorporate blue, silver and gold. I wanted to create something that would wow elegant brides, and help them see that a winter wedding shouldn't be out of the question just because we live in Oregon. I hope that you enjoy my vision for this shoot!

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to photography. I was always that girl who brought her camera with her everywhere, driving my friends and family a little bit crazy with my impromptu photo shoots and documenting anything and everything. I feel so fortunate to wake up every day and do what I am passionate about. Being a wedding photographer and being able to share in the love of two people on the happiest day of their lives is extraordinary. Nothing has ever sparked my passion for photography the way that shooting film has. Perfect golden skintones, lovely pastel colors and fine art quality are all things that drew me to film initially, but once I began practicing it myself I came to realize it gave photographs so much more depth and soul. My approach to photographing weddings is with a quiet and calm nature. I want to step back and observe in order to capture every moment as it unfolds. It is so important for me to understand the vision of each of my couples, in order to deliver photos that will be cherished for years to come.
