There's nothing like a romantic beach engagement to set our hearts a flutter and this gorgeous Olympic National Park Engagement session, from Adrien Craven Photography, has done just that. This bride to be chose two, equally gorgeous gowns from BHLDN for this session and Twig and Vine created the absolutely stunning bouquet. Everyone knows we absolutely love engagement sessions here at Joy Wed and this one is the perfect example why!
From photographer Adrien Craven: Laura and Bobby traveled from the midwest for a romantic adventure elopement at Lake Crescent and Second Beach, La Push, on the Washington Coast! Laura wore two stunning gowns from BHLDN, each of which added to the wild and scenic beauty of the Olympic National Park. Twig & Vine provided two textural bouquets that reflected a palette inspired by sunset at the seashore and incorporated pods, berries, and foliage as well as dahlias, eucalyptus, tweedia, and heirloom roses. Barnes Point at Lake Crescent was our first location, featuring steep forested mountains surrounding a sapphire glacial lake. Next we traveled to the far northwest coast of the Olympic Peninsula to catch the sunset at Second Beach. We walked the shoreline and listened to the waves crashing on the seastacks as the late-afternoon fog lifted to reveal the radiant ocean gleaming in the golden evening light.
