I love that nature is taking the lead this season in wedding trends. Whether it's organic, natural or woodland they all have their own very unique styles and I love them all. This stunning Woodlands inspired editorial shoot, captured by It List Member GingerSnap Photography, has me fantasizing about little fairies, starlit nights and Edward Cullen. Created by an incredible team of local talent, including It List Members Orange Trunk, The Pretty Haus and The Bridal Boutique, this shoot takes natural and hipster to the next level!
From Jenny of GingerSnap Photography: The concept for this "Winter White Wedding" was created by Jenny of GingerSnap Photography and Heather from Orange Trunk Vintage Rentals. The neutral tones mixed with soft hues of blue and grey with pops of camel were meant to mimic the Canadian woods in the winter. The contribution from each vendor created the perfect palette for a woodsy, cozy and romantic feel. The sumptuous fur, tweed and mohair of the wardrobe are the types of fabric that are for touch. The soft airy gown by Miss Hayley Paige, provided by The Bridal Boutique, felt like a light snowfall the way it floated around the bride. The location provided the prettiest backdrop for the furnishings including a stunning vintage iron bed with a backdrop of ruins of a chimney - further enhancing the rustic forest feeling.
