Upstate New York Wedding by Pam Kriangkum

Today's editorial is everything we love about fine art photography. Jake Anderson and his team of creatives hosted a workshop in beautiful upstate New York and we are in love with every detail. Styled beautifully by Lacy Geary, this session was captured by photographer Pam Kriangkum when she had the pleasure of attending. We love the way Pam captured this session and her ability to leave us wanting more!

From photographer Pam Kriangkum: "The photos from this shoot were taken at the Jake Anderson Workshop in the Catskill Mountains in January.

Styling was done by Lacy Geary and the inspiration came from the venue: the Foxfire Mountain House and the surroundings which had a free spirited atmosphere while still feeling unique, curated, and refined. Everything felt authentic and intentional to the location and Kelly Lenard who designed the florals foraged and incorporated the natural surroundings into her pieces. This was also felt in the stationery provided by Plume Calligraphy as the suite was composed of blues, whites, and soft yellows, and made of handmade paper that added a delicate and distinct touch.

Words I’d use to describe the mood of the shoot: warm, inviting, subtle, and delicate."

I’m a wedding and portrait photographer and I use a fine art approach mixed in with a bit of photojournalism. Though I like to live life at a pretty quick pace, I truly believe that slowing down and cherishing the fleeting moments is one of the most important things that we can do. I use this philosophy in my work to capture your most genuine and unique moments.
