We have always been in LOVE with South Carolina and this beautiful wedding, by Paige Schaberg Photography, is giving us even more reasons why. We are loving Tricia's perfectly mismatched bridesmaids, her long stemmed bouquets and her classically beautiful style. Top it off with a gorgeous waterfront venue and our hearts are swooning!
The couple's story: Cameron and Tricia's love blossomed over long runs around Charleston's historic Hampton Park. After a long days work, Cameron and Tricia would run for miles around the park talking about their days and laughing about life. Their love soon grew as fast as the rose gardens around them! One beautiful Saturday morning, during their daily park walk, Cameron stopped Tricia at the Magnolia tree that her Grandfather planted in the 1980's and asked Tricia to marry him. She said Yes! These two, both born and raised in the south knew that charm, tradition, and family must be the focal point of their wedding. The best way to become captivated by southern living is to be surrounded by its beauty and that is why Cottage on the Creek quickly became their reception venue choice. The elegant roof-top cottage is located on the Historic Shem Creek and is surrounded by breathtaking sunsets, dolphins, seagulls and of course, shrimp boats. It was simple, elegant and unique.
