Fine art boudoir has remarkably elegant and timeless feel to it and today's session from Elena Pavlova Photography is no exception. Combining the art of boudoir, with a modern twist, Elena and her team created this beautiful bridesmaids boudoir concept shoot. We love the idea of a morning spent with the most important women in your life whilst being captured in the most real and beautiful way. An experience evoking vulnerability is one all women should have, so why not have it with those you love!
From photographer Elena Pavlova: "Snazzy 19th century, filled with lace, vintage furniture, beautiful girls and flowers. That's what we were inspired by to create this boudoir shoot. As a location we chose the stunning mansion not far from Moscow, which in itself is the epitome of the architecture of the time. All vintage furniture was brought specially to our request, from the spoons to the boudoir mirror. For the florals we used the garden theme. It was important to convey the atmosphere of aristocracy, when three young girls hang out in the shady garden, plucked flowers and talking on secular themes. The basis of pastel shades were drawn. 6 dresses were sewn specially for this shoot, too, in the spirit of the 19th century. The central element was the cello, to which the girls played brilliantly. The result was a very gentle and airy shoot."
